When will my order be shipped?

It differs from product to product. As a rule, it is always in the product description of the respective product.

Where is my package?

We have sent you an email with the shipping confirmation. If you have not received an email, please check your spam folder. The content of this email is that we have processed your order and it is now ready to be picked up by the transport company. If you press the button in the mail, you can track your package all by yourself. You will be redirected to our website and there you will find the tracking number (highlighted in orange) with which you can track your package.

How long does shipping to Germany take?

After you have received the shipping confirmation, the package is already packed. DHL comes to pick up the parcels from us Mon - Wed - Fri. After collection, it will take about 1-3 working days to deliver the package.
Example: You will receive your shipping confirmation on Sunday - the package will be picked up on Monday - it should be there by Thursday at the latest.

If not, please track the shipment and see whether it has been brought to a delivery station near you.

How long does shipping to Austria / Switzerland take?

After you have received the shipping confirmation, the package is already packed. DHL comes to pick up the parcels from us Mon - Wed - Fri. After collection, it will take about 2-5 working days to deliver the package.
Example: You will receive your shipping confirmation on Sunday - the package will be picked up on Monday - it should be there by Friday at the latest.

Which means of payment can I use to pay with you?

Can I order a different Tesbih for the gift box?

In this case, "Black Elegance" is the name of the desired Tesbih. Just look for the name of the Tesbih you want and then write it down as I explained to you above.

How do I design my invitation cards?

When you order, you give us your invitation text and all the details that you would like to have on the card. We will design your card according to your specifications and send you a digital print preview on which you can examine your card. If you like it then you have to confirm the design, as we are not allowed to print the cards beforehand. If you have something to complain about, we ask you to let us know your improvement approaches in writing and we will adapt it for you.
